Service Description
Kinetic shift taps in to the feelings thoughts and emotions we have, and helps release negative, troubling, fearful and anxious connections relating to life experiences. It is particularly helpful for anxiety, trauma, fears, phobia's, changing negative habits etc. It works by by-passing the conscious part of our minds that will try to rationalise, and ultimately may sabotage change. Instead, Kinetic Shift works with the part of your mind that deals with your thoughts, emotions and feelings, and is able to make positive lifestyle changes, changes of state, and release of trauma at a base level. Kinetic shift is dynamic, and clients report they feel the change happening and a definite shift in energy. A session consists of you being seated, your eyes may be closed or open at times, you will be closely observed so that the non-verbal communication that is taking place as the change occurs is noted and monitored (as practitioners we are highly skilled in what to look for). The session will be interactive, and you are encouraged to talk as little or as much as you want, cry, laugh, release any emotion you wish - it's your appointment, and a space that should feel protected for you to "let it go". Most importantly, you as the client, will know when you have done enough and the change is what you wanted or needed. This is why charges are by the session and not per hour, as each client is uniquely different. You are wonderful- and we want you to find the wonderful you again.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed or cancelled at short notice but please be mindful that it is often not possible to refill a slot at short notice. Late cancellations can mean the difference between a sole trader or small company being able to stay in business. I will always try to refill cancelled appointments as soon as possible to avoid you being charged, but please remember it is not always possible to do this, especially on very short notice. Therefore, if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, and your slot is not filled by another client then the following charges apply: * 48- 25 hours before appointment a 50% refund will be given unless slot is filled by another client *24 hours or less then no refund will be given unless slot is filled by another client. The exception to this is if you have had a positive PCR test or have been informed by test and protect that you must self isolate. If this happens please let me know as soon as possible and forward a screen shot showing the message that you must isolate, which must clearly show your name and a full refund will be given or you may reschedule for a later date.
