Why do we find it easier to change our underpants , than to take the first step towards change in our emotional and mental health and wellbeing?

Think about it

Think about it...........


We adapt our pants depending on what’s happening in our life at the time. Our pants selection probably includes several of the following:

  • Work pants

  • Comfy and familiar pants

  • Sports pants

  • Sexy pants

  • Lacy posh pants

  • Itsy, bitsy, thong pants

  • Nude pants

  • Period pants

  • ”Hold it all in- Bridget Jones style” pants

But when it comes to your mental and emotional health, what pants are your “go to” pair? I’m going to take an educated guess and say……………..


You put your big girl pants on and deal with it


It doesn’t have to be that way


Positive lifestyle changes start with just one step- deciding change needs to happen

And that’s where I come in as a Hypnotherapist and Emotional Wellness Practitioner
